Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- It must be unused and in resalable condition.
- You must have the original order confirmation or receipt.

Include your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Return Shipping & Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- If you choose your own carrier, we recommend using a trackable method â we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued as:
- A credit to your original payment method
- Within 5â10 business days after receipt of the returned item
Refund timing may vary depending on your card issuer.
Partial Refunds
Certain situations may qualify for a partial refund (if applicable):
- Items not in original condition
- Items damaged after delivery
- Missing parts not due to our error
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products marked âFinal Saleâ
- Gift cards
- Personal care items if opened/used
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
