At The Trot LLC is committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping procedures.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET may begin processing the next business day.
  • During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship within the United States using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if selected at checkout): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Delivery location
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes will also be calculated at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Please contact us immediately at sabrina@atthetrot.com.
  • We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
  2. Include your order number and photos if applicable.

We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

At this time, At The Trot LLC ships within the United States only.
